Update :- Union government had declared that No interviews for junior level posts is must for all Class-III & IV vacancies from January 2016 on wards notifications.
Every year IBPS conducts Common Written Examination (CWE) for Probationary Officer, Clerical Cadre and Specialist Officer Vacancies in Nationalized Banks and Regional Rural banks (RRBs).
From 2015-16 on wards IBPS has changed the PO and Clerk selection procedure. As per new selection procedure, candidates will be tested in three phases i.e. Prelims, Mains and Interviews.
